Tom Wheeler / President
Tom is co-founder and owner of HomeFound Boise, Idaho’s #1 LGBTQ+ owned and operated real estate team. Tom is the President and co-founder of Canyon County Pride, started as a result of his passion to elevate and celebrate the diversity throughout Idaho. Tom is featured in Washington Post, Inman News and Realtor Magazine as a 30 Under 30 Class of 2024. Most recently Tom is the recipient of the Drew Griffin Beacon of Light award for outstanding community involvement.
Oversee board operations and provide leadership. The primary representative of the board. Speak/Engage Press and media. Generate sponsorship and donation efforts. -
Van Knapp / Vice President
Support the President, particularly with creative and community engagement areas like entertainment, interactive art, run of show and organization of programming. Additionally, supporting Community Outreach with merch, and influencing positive and inclusive culture and design.

Jess Wagner (she/they) / Community Outreach
Jess (she/they) is a local artist, community builder and shop owner located in Boise, Idaho. Jess has been involved in numerous community events and organizations throughout her last 5 years of residing in Idaho where she grew her career as an artist and community event organizer. Jess' shop, Sagebrush Collaborative, is a local inclusive artist based co-operative shop that fosters community throughout the artists residing in the Mountain West, that is located in SE Boise.
Managing vendors, booths, food, design and branding for annual 2C Pride event. Additionally, website support and management.

Terry Scraggins (he/they), LMSW / Secretary
Terry (he/they) holds a Master of Social Work from Boise State University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Idaho. They earned both their Bachelor's degree (2020) and Master's degree (2023) from Boise State University and were recognized as a 2024 Idaho Business Review Accomplished Under 40 Honoree. Born and raised in Idaho, Scraggins is a Navy Veteran and foster alumni who is deeply involved in the greater Boise community through local nonprofits and agencies focused on empowerment. With over 10 years of advocacy experience in child welfare, family strengthening, and violence prevention, Terry has also developed significant expertise in advocating for and empowering the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly LGBTQIA+ foster youth. Passionate about fostering positive outcomes, inclusivity, and fair treatment for all, Terry is intentional in supporting individuals with historically marginalized identities and the global majority.
Focus on governance, board member recruitment, and strengthening the operational framework as Canyon County Pride grows. Handle board communications, minutes, and documentation, ensuring transparency and organization.

Amanda Bladt / Treasurer
Passionate and always in motion, Amanda brings years of experience as a licensed social worker, nonprofit trailblazer, and grassroots activist to the table. With a career shaped by advocacy, care, and a knack for flipping the status quo, they’ve organized from the heart and led with a fierce commitment to human rights. Whether in the boardroom or on the ground, Amanda is a dynamic force for change, empowering communities and creating space for voices that refuse to be silenced.
Oversee and support budget and finances. Oversee safety & volunteer coordination. Community partner liaison. Community engagement & support.
